The Mailqor badge is a safety aid, not a guarantee or certification of authenticity.
AI analysis is optional and only runs when you request it manually.

Mailqor grants you a personal, non-transferable right to use the browser extension solely to assess incoming emails.
Mailqor is not affiliated with, endorsed, or sponsored by Google LLC or Microsoft Corporation.
Our use of their APIs and services strictly follows the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Microsoft Graph terms.
Mailqor, its logo, name, interface, and every technical, graphic, and textual component of the platform and extension are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Unless you obtain written authorization, any reproduction, modification, diffusion, or reuse of these elements is strictly prohibited.
Mailqor uses three simple labels to help you evaluate a sender:

| Suspicious | Metadata, alignment, or infrastructure signals indicate a possible risk |
These statuses never guarantee authenticity or safety and must be combined with your own verification workflow.
We do our best to keep Mailqor available without interruption, but we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free of downtime, errors, or latency.
Mailqor may temporarily or permanently suspend the service for maintenance, upgrades, or in case of force majeure.
Mailqor provides decision support based on technical and community signals. Badges or AI analyses are informational only and never replace your own judgment.
We do not guarantee that every "Verified" email is legitimate, nor that every "Suspicious" email is fraudulent.
You remain solely responsible for the actions you take after using the service.
Mailqor, its founder, and partners cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, data loss, fraud, financial prejudice, or any other harm resulting from the use, unavailability, or misinterpretation of the service.
Mailqor may offer paid plans with additional features.
Both parties retain flexibility regarding account lifecycle.

We may update these Terms from time to time.
These Terms are governed by French law.
